MANJARRES FINANCIAL SERVICES DBA MANJARRES INSURANCE AGENCY provides insurance brokerage and agency services, including but not limited to insurance quotes, policy placement, policy management, claims assistance, and related financial services. We act as an independent insurance agent/broker representing multiple insurance carriers.
Important: We are not an insurance company. We do not underwrite, issue, or guarantee insurance policies. All insurance policies are issued by licensed insurance carriers.
To use our Services, you must: • Be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable laws • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information • Have the legal authority to bind yourself or your business to insurance contracts • Maintain current and accurate contact information
Providing false information during registration or use of Services may result in termination of your account and potential legal consequences.
No Sale or Sharing of Data: We value your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
Insurance-Related Sharing: Your data may be shared with insurance carriers, underwriters, and claims processors as necessary to provide insurance services, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
No Guarantee of Coverage: We cannot guarantee that insurance coverage will be available or that any particular carrier will accept your application. • Carrier Decisions: Insurance carriers make independent underwriting decisions. We are not responsible for carrier declinations, policy cancellations, or coverage limitations. • Premium Changes: Insurance premiums may change at renewal or due to carrier rate adjustments beyond our control. • Claims: We assist with claims but do not have authority to settle claims or guarantee claim payments.
You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information for insurance applications • Notify us immediately of any material changes that could affect your coverage • Pay all premiums and fees when due • Comply with all policy terms and conditions • Maintain current contact information with us
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include: • Violating any applicable laws or regulations • Providing false or misleading information on insurance applications • Misusing the Services to send spam, malware, or engage in fraudulent activities • Attempting to disrupt or harm our Services or infrastructure • Using our Services for any unlawful insurance activities
Commission Structure: We receive commissions from insurance carriers for policies we place. This does not affect the premium you pay. • Service Fees: Some services may require additional fees, which will be disclosed in advance. • Payment Terms: All fees are due when services are rendered unless other arrangements are made. • Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
All intellectual property rights related to the Services, including content, logos, trademarks, and proprietary systems, remain the property of MANJARRES FINANCIAL SERVICES DBA MANJARRES INSURANCE AGENCY.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any materials provided through the Services without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for: • Violating these Terms • Engaging in unlawful behavior • Providing false information • Non-payment of fees • Material misrepresentation on insurance applications
Termination may occur immediately without prior notice in cases of severe violations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: • MANJARRES FINANCIAL SERVICES DBA MANJARRES INSURANCE AGENCY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim • We are not responsible for insurance carrier actions, policy terms, claim denials, or coverage gaps • We do not guarantee continuous availability of our Services
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MANJARRES FINANCIAL SERVICES DBA MANJARRES INSURANCE AGENCY from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: • Your use of our Services • Your violation of these Terms • Any false information you provide • Your failure to comply with insurance policy terms
We are licensed to sell insurance in accordance with applicable state laws • All insurance transactions are subject to state insurance regulations • You acknowledge that insurance is regulated by state authorities • Any complaints regarding insurance services may be directed to the appropriate state insurance department
Initial Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes.
Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Class Action Waiver: You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against us.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or system failures.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
